Taron VR

I had never heard of Taron as a make when I placed a bid on this camera. It arrived with a rattle contained within the lens cover; it was the rear element from the lens which was troubling. It has been there for a time as both the front lens and the rear element has a mark from movement. I suspect the previous owner as cleaned the shutter which works well, then placed the rear element with the camera to finish the repair later. Time passes as it does and perhaps he passed, the camera is found, sold and bought. I decide to give the camera a good inspection, dirt and corrosion under the top cover the range finder is next to useless because of this.

I decide that this camera should be saved and can be saved, this is my default response. It is a very good candidate for a total strip down.
